I have been on vacation since July 3, so we have been trying to fill our days with fun. Addison went camping with Grandma and Grandpa K for the weekend of the 4th. I was told she loved the fireworks and was a perfect angel, as always (for someone else). On Tuesday my mom also had the day off and we took Addison to the zoo. It was a gorgeous day, perfect for the zoo. And everyone else thought so too, it was packed! Addison couldn't wait for the lions and tigers, and the camel ride. I thought she might freak out once it was our turn, but she climbed right on and said "Weeeeee and Yee haaa!", the entire ride. It was definitely not the most comfortable, that I could have been, but oh well. The things we do for our kids!
I have a list a mile long that I would like to get done around the house, but no luck so far. The fun is winning over the to do list.
Not much going on with baby Kruisenga, we still need a name. Addison knows she is having a baby sister. At least she tells us about it when we ask, otherwise she doesn't mention it. Bedtime hasn't been much fun, she used to go to bed so easily. Not anymore! She is into negotiating everything, including bedtime. I have fallen for it on more than one occasion, as I know that Nick has too. She is too smart for her age!
The fun continues and I will post more pictures as they happen!

Jamming your vacation with fun stuff is the best way to spend one on one time with little Addison before the new baby arrives. I promise you won't regret it and she will remember that time with you. We did the same thing with Carter. Sounds like you are having a blast :) good for you.
